Won't Play CDG -- 2.x would.

All three of the drives I have are on the list of supported units...
Plextor 712A
Plextor W5224A
TDK CDRW 5200B

Firmware's are current, and Here's the kicker...I even ordered the 712A From MTU... This is an even longer story with no upgrade to 3.x and an invalid 10% off code for February on the website.....

Here's the Problem: Every time I try play a CDG or imported track... All the buttons light up for a quick second, What looks like a lyric window opens (black) and then it all stops... Program Stays running... and you can repeat the cycle over and over ... but it never works...

I hate to spend the money -- if it looks like it won't work.

Please help
