Lisa, Flipeoke's answer is accurate. Have you solved the problem yet?
This is involved with the Installation program we use, and Windows 98SE not having a required file.
Microsoft was going to stop supporting Win98 and ME this past June, but extended it into 2005.

Handwriting is on the wall... upgrade your Win98 or ME to XP before you run into brick walls. It's getting harder and harder every release we do to make it work correctly on the ol' 98/ME workhorse. It's time to let it go the way of DOS and Win85. When Microsoft announces it intends to drop support, hardware vendors such as graphics cards, modems, disc controllers, etc. start to cycle down their upgrading efforts... before the final "drop dead" date by MS. It's coming.... moving to XP sooner than later will prevent future problems that cannot be solved.
