HOW TO FIX: ERROR: "Failed to Load dll_ismtu"

Error message: failed to load dll_isuser or dll_ismtu
The "fail to load dll_isuser" error occurs when required Windows Updates for this computer have not been done.

Windows 98 or Windows ME- You must download the file attached to this Post. If you don't then the Install will always give you this error message. After it is downloaded, double click it to extract the winhttp.dll file into your Windows\System32 folder.

Windows 2000 or Windows XP- Connect to the Internet, click the Start Menu, and then click Windows Update.

Click Scan for Updates.

Your computer will be scanned to find out what updates need to be done. A list of updates will eventually appear. Install all recommended updates.

Once you have done this, you probably will need to restart Windows. After restarting, try installing Hoster or Microstudio again and it should work correctly, without displaying the dll_isuser error message.
