Angry Upgrade Won't Recognize CDG Drive

I just upgraded from Microstudio 2.315 to 2.517, and now none of my drives are detected. I have a Plextor 40/12/40A that I bought when I purchased 2.315. HELP!!!

Thanks

If you don't already have it, try downloading DirectX 9.0b from this link.

Thanks George, but I already have that direct X. Any other suggestions?? Everything worked fine untill I installed the upgrade. In fact, all I really wanted to upgrade was my Keyrite to the 2.008 version but I thought I might as well upgrade Microstuio too. I hope it wasn't a mistake?? I'm still waiting for someone at MTU to contact me.

Try clicking on DRIVES, then ASPI DRIVERS, and make certain it's on MTU INSTALLED DRIVER.

Microstusdio 2.517 has it's own driver built in, and should work..
If you change the driver from DEFAULT, to the MTU one, don't forget to exit the program for it to take effect. I think I'd re-boot.

If it's already on that one, try changing and see of that helps.

As George stated, the ASPI drivers most likely are the problem. Please reboot the computer also and see if that will fix the problem.

You can download the latest ASPI drivers from: http://mtu.com/kb/index.php?page=index_v2&id=23&c=1
