Exclamation Illegal Opertion


I just got the KPH. I am writing because I can not use. Every time that I open the program, search for text and wav and push the play button I get this illegal operation box andit closes the program. I am dying to stat making my disc but I canīt due to this. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!
