Illegal Opertion

I just got the KPH. I am writing because I can not use. Every time that I open the program, search for text and wav and push the play button I get this illegal operation box andit closes the program. I am dying to stat making my disc but I canīt due to this. SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!! Thanks |

Updated drivers and Direct-X usually the cause
Brian's advice is correct.
1. Make sure your video display card drivers have been recently updated. You can find these at the manufacturer's web site that makes your display card. It is best to go to their site and download the latest drivers for your card. 2. Make sure you have the Microsoft Direct-X 8.1 version for your windows. I'm having the same exact problem. And on top of that everytime i try to install direct x 8.1, it makes my computer useless by shutting down explorer every time i click on ANYTHING.
