then WHY do they list an "emergency" ticket? it says the emergency tickets go to the front of the line and get resolved usually in 1-24 hours. it says nothing about weekdays/weekends etc. that will be a bit frustrating if that is the case.

Just like always, the MTU guys were tight on top of it....well, come Monday anyway, but hey, no on elikes to work weekends! They got it all fixed up and I am about to redownload it all again! Thanks MTU!
