emergency
i know it's a long shot and i've already filled out the emergency form for reinstalling hoster @ MTU. if, by some miracle chance, someone who can reset registration is reading this, i have no software to runa show tonight. the machine i was using crashed and burned this morning. i don't have hoster loaded on any other machines, but according to the download i do. thus i am screwed unless someone resets my registration. again, i filled out an emergency support ticket, this is just a last gasp effort to get it reset even quicker since my show is in 2 hours and i still have to load and install the program as well as set up.

I am sorry but I don't think it will happen until Monday. You are a couple hours past closing and MTU only works Monday thru Friday.

then WHY do they list an "emergency" ticket? it says the emergency tickets go to the front of the line and get resolved usually in 1-24 hours. it says nothing about weekdays/weekends etc. that will be a bit frustrating if that is the case.

Just like always, the MTU guys were tight on top of it....well, come Monday anyway, but hey, no on elikes to work weekends! They got it all fixed up and I am about to redownload it all again! Thanks MTU!:g
