from what i read was " as long as the disc that you have has the co. name/brand or logo and silk printed and is not a paper label, you're legal..but anyway this legal / illegal thing has been beat to a pulp so i guess it's time to just to bury it and not to talk about it..

Yeah, you're sorta right, but about once a year it just seems to pop up again.
