If you have it on two computers now and are taking it off of one then you can install it on the new one. Be sure to be online with any you are going to remove or install.

I might be a little bit late chiming in on this one but I did not see any one reply that the two licenses can't be for two setups. It can be for one setup and for one test machine. If you are going to run two shows, you need an additional license or did MTU change this.
