Thanks for the response. The only reason I had thought about it was to make it easier for me to manage my song book and CDG collection. I've been utiliziing two versions of an excell spread sheet (a master copy and a singers copy without duplicates). Then I use a seperate list to keep track of where my CDG disk are phisicaly located (binder number and pocket). So I am relly just considering a better method of organization when I add bulk sets of CDGs.

The way I do my disks is I write the BookID on the disk and they are stored in binders in numerical order. That way if I need one all I need is to look for the ID number. I also have the binders labeled on the front with what numbers are in it (0-200, 200-400, etc).
