If not then you should have connected the computer to the internet and uninstalled Hoster which would have automatically reset your registration for that computer. (Just an FYI for future changes.) If you need a more immediate response then you needed to submit an Emergency Help Ticket, but it needs to be a real emergency and even then it is doubtful you will get a response in 16 hrs.

unable to connect to internet when i uninstalled Hoster!!
Unfortunately when those leased computers crashed I was unable to connect to the internet....I just deleted Hoster off those computers....Frankj

That does happen.
MTU only has one support person though others do pitch in when time allows. Sometimes they get behind in the tickets but they will get to you. It may not be until Monday or Tuesday next week though.
