Unable to get a response from MTU!!!
 
I submitted a support ticket last night because I bought a new computer after after several unsucessful attempts at lease purchase of computers from Aaaron's Lease & Sales because their computers kept crashing so I just went to Hhgregg and bought the computer I needed. Now when I attempt to install Hoster on the new computer I keep getting a message that Hoster is already installed on 2 computers.....I have tried contacting MTU and submitting a support tix...Ticket ID: 17157-8905060038 and here it is almost 16 hours later and no response from MTU............Frankj:f:f:f

First off MTU does not provide 24/7 support. Most cases it takes at least a 2 - 5 days to get response. And currently they do not provide direct telephone support though you can call and leave a message.
Did the previous computers crash to the degree that you were unable to uninstall Hoster before sending the computer back? If not then you should have connected the computer to the internet and uninstalled Hoster which would have automatically reset your registration for that computer. (Just an FYI for future changes.)
If you need a more immediate response then you needed to submit an Emergency Help Ticket, but it needs to be a real emergency and even then it is doubtful you will get a response in 16 hrs.

unable to connect to internet when i uninstalled Hoster!!
 
Unfortunately when those leased computers crashed I was unable to connect to the internet....I just deleted Hoster off those computers....Frankj

That does happen.
MTU only has one support person though others do pitch in when time allows. Sometimes they get behind in the tickets but they will get to you. It may not be until Monday or Tuesday next week though.

Still No Response From Mtu!!
 
After 2 Business Days, I Still Have Not Recieved An Answer From Mtu Regarding Moving A Machine Licensce, I Am Trying To Be Patient, But This Si Starting To Cost Me Money.......frankj

Did you submit the Emergency Help ticket?
As I said before it can take 2 - 5 days for them to get back to you for a regular ticket.
