Talking Solved!

I have been using Grand Ultimate XP Pro PC to TV converter for two years with absolutely no problems. Go to the following site for all the deatails.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultimate-Con.../dp/B000ELL2Q6

I am sure it can be sourced in the US

Cheers

Actually, I'm in Canada

Thanks for the recommend.

A quick search suggests that TigerDirect used to carry it. They still carry other Grand products, but not PC to TV. I'll do a more detailed seach later today.

I haven't ordered anything yet. Still trying to find anyplace in Canada that sells these product(s) at a reasonable price.

(I'm also busy at work with year end, so not a lot of free time.)

What happens after 5 minutes?
Are using this with a laptop or desktop?
Is it a USB powered or does it have an AC power source?

I paid around $100 bucks for it is a "Fullband Tech wireless pc to tv"...I connect the vga out which split to the monitor and the sending unit and plug in the composite video to a tv. Each has its own power source and supposed to be good for up to 100 feet, but after only 5 minutes or so, it just flashes in and out sporatically. Tried it at home and the same thing happened no matter which one of the frequencys i'm on. On the horn with Dell now to see if they have anything integrated, but not too promising.
