To Clarify

Yes, ALL of my laptops have a VGA. My question & maybe it is a stupid one is;

Does anyone know of a Make/Brand/Model of VGA to RCA (or S Video) converter that actually works. I bought one previously & it doesn't work. I have tried it with multiple machines....Wayne

go to www.eitech.com get a maxview pc to tv converter, this one has a vga in to rca/s-video out..connect the vga from your laptop to the vga in of the maxview converter and you can use either the rca or the s-video out. and this one has a power cable so you don't need to use you usb port, i used to used this and it works..you can even use both the rca and the s-video if you want to use 2 tv/lcd singers screen. theres also a product called viewport, i had one just can't find it right now i think this one has vga and hdmi on it.

Thanks, I will check out that brand, but I don't think your link is correct. At least it doesn't look like a place to buy this product...Wayne

I checked their web site and there appear to be 2 models. 27387 and 27388. They look to be identical except that 27388 ships with extra cables and the DVD version of Cyberlink software. However, only 27388 documents support for karaoke titles. Which model did you get?

Note: http://www.cablestogo.com/ appears to be the same company, but with a more accessable web site.

can't remember which one i bought , i haven't used it in a while, i bought the $99.00, it might have been the 27387. i think cablestogo is just one of the co. that distributes the product, but i got mine direct from aitech..
