Dale I use one from Walmart. It cost 25 or 30 dollars or so but has several outputs and inputs. I could not find it on their site to give you a model number. I will take a look at it later in the week and get that info to you if you still need it. I use an s-video input for the output from my pc and then I output with coax to 5 TVś and with RCA cables to my singers TV on stage.
