Consider this, if it was a Hoster problem then everybody running Vista would be having this problem. Since it is only a few, then the problem comes back to the computer or Vista.
A couple things more not listed in above post that others have done to fix their problem with sync are to turn off the "Aero" display and use the Classic Windows display. The other item is to change from 32 bit color to 16 bit.
Also, if you are double clicking the singer's lyrics display to get it to your secondary display, try dragging it over and size it to fit rather than double clicking to go full screen.
According to the requirements your video card has to have a "minimum" of 32mb video memory. My recommendation is no less than 128mb. If you are using the on board video card this doesn't have any dedicated memory, but uses shared memory from the motherboard and this is not dedicated to the video.
