Spoke too soon lyrics still out of sync with vista

i did what you suggested but unfortunately this did not solve the problem

if i move the 2nd display over and then double click like you said and then hit stop and restart and add the same song or start a new song my lyrics are still out of sync
this occurs in both situations with or without a song already playing

the only way i have solved this is to resize manually with the border showing on each side or with the border showing just on the left side

as long as the left side border is showing the lyrics are in sync
when i double click the display as per your instructions to go to full mode automatically all the borders disappear and i have the same out of sync problem and the whole display seems to slow down drastically
it seems that going to full mode automatically causes this problem as well because the left border is no longer showing which is causing the lyrics to go out of sync in automatic or manual

this occurs in both situations as well with or without a song playing already

James, are you running in SLI mode? Because I too have had this trouble with Nvidia in SLI mode. I believe because of the way SLI works to sync the dual display, it blends the 2 images at the edge. When you are in extended desktop, that edge is on the left side. I just tried flipping the 2nd display to the other side and it reversed the problem to the right side. This may give a little help.

no i don't use sli because it switches my display from dual to single

i was running a mocked up show at home last night, and just like everyone is saying i couldn't get the viewer screen to a full view, then i remembered reading in the forum about double clicking the viewer screen..i doubled click the screen while i was playing a vcd, it kinda stuttered a bit and the song started back in the beginning..but it didnt go out of sync...

James, have you tried changing the color levels from 32 bit down to 16 bit? That has helped in some cases.

yep already tried that the only thing that seems to work for me is to keep the left border visible in the second display

there is no problem with the sync as long as this border is visible

James, what is your singers display type? I wonder if you can adjust the picture shift to at least cover up the border on the left side.
