I run XP on a 2.2 dual core with 3gb ram and have 90% free space on C:
And yes, I have all updates and nothing, and I do mean nothing, that is not absolutely vital to the operating system or hardware installed or running.
Mine is a song off a regular CD that also contained a couple of bonus karaoke tracks. The song is titled: Get the F**k outta here off of an album by Red Peters entitled Ol' Blue Balls Is Back. It was first converted to Mp3+G then volume normalized and stored in a zip file. It was converted by 4.02 back to MP3+G and stored in a KMA. I don't have any problems with any other songs, nor have I been concerned enough to investigate further. I just play it at closing time. No big deal. I was just loading it in the list and when it came time to close, I just open up 3.4 and hit play. I did take about 30 seconds to load the KMA from the K-oke button in 4.03 and it played fine. It appears in the list as an MP3G in both 3.4 and 4.03. I am sure if I would take the time to reload the zip it would play fine but I haven't cared enough to do so. I don't currently have a machine running at home with Hoster on it. My backup is still at the bar in the storeroom until I regain my confidence in 4.xx. That is where my backup zips are stored and don't really care enough to drag it out just to reload one song. The song played fine in 4.00, 4.01, and 4.02.
I have had no other problems with anything else in 4.03 other than the out of sync problems a lot of others have had. If I run in manual mode and don't stop/start any songs, I have no sync problems. If I run in auto mode and try to rush a stop/start situation, the lyrics go out of sync and I have to close and reopen Hoster. If I hit stop and wait for just a second before hitting another button, I have no sync issues.
