If these are Audio files you use all the time for your shows why not import them? Then all you have to do is select them from the search window or by BookID if you keep a list of them. That way it doesn't have to be imported every time you want to play them.
My only suggestion would be to keep them separate by assigning a group of bookIDs way above what your highest ID is for your Karaoke ones are. That way you can search for the higher bookids to find them. Just a thought.
