![]() It's now 5th June and I haven't received anything of note from MTU as yet. I was hoping that it was an easy problem to rectify but I'll wait a little longer. They strongly advise against sending a further e-mail message about this problem. Hope I get some help soon.

Did you receive a confirmation email with a ticket number? This is automatic. If you didn't receive it then MTU email is being blocked either by your ISP or your email program. Check your Spam filter and make sure MTU.com is allowed.
Try to install and see if you are still getting rejected.

![]() Yes I did thanks Dale and they seem to think that the problem has been resolved and that I installed Hoster on the 06/08/08 which is today here in Australia. I've advised them that their information is incorrect and will await a reply. Going back to using disks is no fun at all, but necessary 'til this problem is resolved.
