Importing zips in folders

It sounds to me that every individual zip would need to be taken out of the sub folders and put in one main folder. Is that correct?

Unless you want to import each individual folder one at a time (and that isn't as bad as it sounds) then the answer is yes. The Import from HDD screen doesn't search sub-folders for files.

I hope all 5000 files are using the same naming convention. It will make things go smoother if you don't have to keep changing the import settings.
I also hope that none are zipped at maximum compression as Hoster cannot import those. If you have any that are at maximum they will have to be unzipped and rezipped at a lower compression.
