Can't load video cdgs or custom cdgs

I have several, But I havent had a problem with any of them. a suggestion would be to copy them with microstudio then they would be for sure in a music format.

I have copied data before with a program (no to mention here) and The drive thought it was a music cd.

Have you looked at the CD with Windows Explorer? Does it list files such as "Track01.cda; Track02.cda; etc." or do the files have a different extension (3 characters after period)? (If the extension doesn't show on screen you will need to change Tools/Folder Options -View setting to show them)

You also didn't mention whether you've imported other SC disks AFTER discovering the custom disk wouldn't work, If you can then I would suspect that it's just that disk for some reason, unfortunately SC is always trying to make it difficult for the honest computer users to use their product.
I have an older custom SC disk and it's just a standard multi-session. Not sure what theyre using now-a-days.
