I tried the solution that you recommend but still the same problem. The driver that you recommend is the one that I have. I used to have 3.12 installed and it worked perfectly.
The Laptop is up to date HP Pavillion zv6000 and and I use an external Plextor 716-UF I tried to import using other disc and it worked well but I have one doubt. How come I can import the disc in question using my desktop and can not import it using my laptop? Any thoughts???
