1. Turn the computer off and restart it.

2. Try importing a different disc and post here what the results are.

3. What Brand / DiscID were you trying to import?

I'd just installed 3.301 and the same thing happens to me

rickyrey February 10th, 2006 04:30 AM

I tried the solution that you recommend but still the same problem. The driver that you recommend is the one that I have. I used to have 3.12 installed and it worked perfectly.

The Laptop is up to date HP Pavillion zv6000 and and I use an external Plextor 716-UF

I tried to import using other disc and it worked well but I have one doubt.

How come I can import the disc in question using my desktop and can not import it using my laptop?

Any thoughts???

Import Problems

I am having the same problem. It worked fine until I upgraded to 3.301 and now it turns the Multisession box red and nothing else happens when I go click on Import Tracks. I went to the backup computer (also upgraded to #.301 which I think now was a mistake) and on it, when I click on Select Tracks, it lists the songs in the list down below on the screen but when I select one or more and then Click on Process Selected Tracks the program unselects all the tracks and then just sits there......
Not really happy with the new version, any advice from MTU?

If you are using a Plextor make sure when you start up Hoster that you uncheck the software decoding. It don't need to be checked for a Plextor.

If I put the old version back on the computer does that mean I can get a refund from MTU for the upgrade price? What is the purpose of upgrading and paying money for the upgrade?

I would have put the old version back on if I had it. The supposed computer guru that installed it on my system installed it over the net and did not put it on disc or even save it to the computer for future use. At the same time I bought Microstudio so I no longer have it to reinstall either.
That is not good as now that I have installed the upgrade to Hoster, Microstudio comes up saying the registration number is wrong and will not run. I would like to reinstall Microstudio but do not have the disc to do so. I tried looking on MTU's site to see if I could download my old version of Microstudio, but it appears that I cannot.

Show Presenter 2.2 is looking better all the time.....

Try doing what is listed in this FAQ: http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-h...#DeleteRegKeys

Let me know if this works.
