I am having the same problem Video way slower than Audio and I cant adjust it out with new 3.300 audio adjustments either

New Laptop
Gateway MX7515
AMD 64 4000+
1Gig Ram
X600 ATI Radeon Mobility
DirectX9C
WinXP Home Wsp2
Updated all drivers and Windows
