 I upgraded to 3.110 last night. Everything seems to be working great. If you are just doing an upgrade you don't have to be connected to the internet.

Once it determines you are in fact doing an upgrade, it will proceed with the installation, internet connection or not. I've even told my Norton to block the transmission, just to see, and it still installed. George
