Nathan,
We had told you what you HAD to do in the Email. You didn't listen. You purchased the Upgrade, not the new Full Version. This is why you still have the problem. This is up to Admin to do as he pleases.

![]() Oh come on, i paid for the full version once im not doing it again i cant afford it ,its not a different comp so i cannot understand why your end thinks it is. It is allways the same comp. I can do that thing that we did once before where i send you a text file . You will have to tell me how i do it again, then maybe you will be able to tell me what it thinks is different.

![]() Ah just had a thought ,you said about hardware changes well i have a new printer and also had to buy a new external harddrive after my other one went up in smoke (aarrrrr) losing all my kma files. Could it be this that is causeing the problem?
