Can someone from mtu please answer my posts and e-mails?
 

Hi ,i still cannot re-install my desktop version of hoster ,i seem to remember reading in here somewhere that it has something to do with windows changeing its cd code after install. Can i please have my reg for desktop pc reset? is this problem with microsofts codes going to be sorted?

:? Hi ,i just got my second copy of hoster 3.0 upgrade like dave told me but it will still not except my original reg code. Still thinks i'm trying to install on a different comp ,so really it looks like i have waisted my money buying a second copy. Can you please reset my reg code for me so i can re-install.

I live in england m8 would cost a fortune and secondly i tried once before and could not get the number to work. Pherhaps you could tell me the number and the international code i need to use?

I have and i posted in here and e-mailed them got an e-mail or 2 back wich did not sort my problem so trying to contact them again but with no success.

A search indicates the post back you referred to was just yesterday. They are just coming out of a rather extended Holiday period...How about lightening up a bit?

We had told you what you HAD to do in the Email. You didn't listen. You purchased the Upgrade, not the new Full Version. This is why you still have the problem. This is up to Admin to do as he pleases.

Oh come on, i paid for the full version once im not doing it again i cant afford it ,its not a different comp so i cannot understand why your end thinks it is. It is allways the same comp. I can do that thing that we did once before where i send you a text file . You will have to tell me how i do it again, then maybe you will be able to tell me what it thinks is different.

Ah just had a thought ,you said about hardware changes well i have a new printer and also had to buy a new external harddrive after my other one went up in smoke (aarrrrr) losing all my kma files. Could it be this that is causeing the problem?
