Re-install help

I have moved and since then, reformatted my hard drive. When trying to reinstall hoster from the disk they sent me, I took the floppy to my computer hooked up to net and when I tried to get the info it said "Two possible errors. 1. Incorrect email addy. 2. You are trying to use update code instead of original registration code." Is the code that was sent to me on my disc the original or was the code sent to my old email addy the original. Since moving, I have changed net service to Sprint DSL and no longer have the old email address.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Re-install help

If you change your email does not affect your Registration Email.

You must always use the Registration Code and Registration Email that is in the instruction email our store sent to you.

Re: Re-install help

Disregard last post please. I have the disc right here and I have tried over and over to do it and it always gives me the error message about wrong reg code or improper email addy. Should I email you the addy and registration code?
