Lauraine, just occured to me that a great many KHP sweep problems can be cured by making sure the pc is set to 16bit color. Would pay to also make certain whoever installed your video card went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded the latest drivers. The ones that come with the card software are not always current. MTU support would be better qualified for sure than me to help you in this area if you want to do it yourself to make certain. Neither of these may be the answer to your problem, but hopefully so.
