Ray,
I am sorry but the Sales guy, Doug has been out of the office since Monday, lunch time. His wife has had a baby. He probably won't be back home from the Hospital until, tommorrow night or Friday. He will not be back at work until sometime, next week.

I will have to talk to Doug about the Coupon, I have no clue what he can do. They were only set for a certain time frame, this is why they expired. I will have to let him handle that one.
