The Problem is that the S3 chip has always been one that didn't work with any versions of our software. There is no old version that did work, and that it just doesn't work now. It never would work. Try as Jaddams stated, it may work, may not. But the S3 chip has never worked with our software, so you may want to trade the card out for an ATI Radeon Video card.
