Artist listed more than one time in songbooks

About six of my artists are showing up more than once in my song book. I have gone in and repasted ; checked spelling; still does the same. Someone else had this problem and you said:

"Make sure that before you create your Song Books that you go in to the c:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases folder and delete the artist.rtf, titles.rtf, country.rtf and duets.rtf files. Once you have done this, then redo your Songbooks.

This should fix this issue."

Well,....it ain't. What else could be the problem? Could this still stem from the "Electrical Storm?"
