that's just it I got SOME help. But not enough help. If You had spent $600 and it wouldn't work you'd be screaming too. Put yourself in my shoes. If they would trouble shoot like they should they would take my calls. This is ridiculous.
I bought it from MTU. I contacted plextor. Appears problem is MTU since it does not work in their software. I will correct you-it is mtu fault because they are not correcting problem./ Go figure,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
