I'm finding it hard to follow what you say you do.
You should be able to copy a kma folder from one computer to the other. I have never seen the message you say your getting. As to whether you can go back to an earlier version, which version are you trying to go back to ? You are not confusing KMA with KMH are you ? Only kmh files have to be in the same folder as the original file, ie mp3+g, zip or whatever type you imported.
