Try closing Hoster then double click on one of the files and see what the default player might be.

Is it WMP or Apple?

not using any of them..i'm using vdj pro7. which has 2 windows like Hoster, i cant stretch ( split ) wmp all the way to my 3rd screen, videos play fine , no problem at all in wmp..i have a diff. setup on my monitors..2nd display is an extension of my primary monitor and the 3rd monitor is a mirror( cloned )image of the 2nd monitor that way i can split the image, each monitor is connected to a video converter, plugged into individual usb port..

Didn't mean to suggest you were using WMP or Apple.

Just curious what the "File Association" ("Opens With") might be for the files you are downloading from ITunes.

I have the "File Association" for all my video files (VOB, MPEG4, MPEG2, DAT) set to ("Opens With") WMP.

I'm at the gig now and set up, will monitor.

it opens with FLV ( Flash Video File ), i'm using this since you can not burn or copy music video when downloaded from itunes

I'm not familiar with that Player.

All mine open with Media Player Classic.

That player may be associated with your DJ Software.

Do you have K-Lite Codec Pack (Full) installed?

yes i have k-lite full pack..the thing is no matter what codec you used, you and i will have the same problem, if music video is extended to other monitors, all my files are mpeg4, i've tried downloading theses videos from hd to standard / lowest resolution nothing helps.i know that it will play w/o a problem on my primary monitor, and as long as i minimize the video on my extended monitor to about 3/4 and place it on the center of the monitor, i dont have any problem...try downloading the FLV player, it might work on you

I don't have the porblem that you and Chad are experiencing.

My system and setup play like it is supposed to.

I suspect your video issues and possiably Chad's are due to a player other than Media Player Classic is causing the solw to play (Chad) and sizing problem (You and Chad).
