I haven't been getting the warning lately, and I at the same time have NOT been getting the .78 mHZ warning either.
Also, I have heard of some of those older Dell's that tend to run at lower speed for unknown reasons, and there is a program (that I use too but can't remember the name) that forces the laptop to run at full speed, = 2.00 mHZ.

i don't think that has something to do with Hoster 5.01, i have an old Dell pc as a matter of fact it's what i am using now, and i am or i was getting the same msg,and i don't have Hoster 5.01, inside these pc if you open it, there is a nickel cell battery the size of a quarter, you can replace that which i did and the problem went away, you can get those in Radio Shack or Wallgreens for about $2.00.
