Regarding your version 4.32, if you paid for version 4.32 it should still be available for you to download. Go to your account page and it should show a record of all your previous purchases along with the relevant regestration codes and email used at time of order. You should still be able to download it and install that version, the exspiry date is regarding when you have to pay for an upgrade, it doesn't stop you using your previously paid for versions.

Hopefully you will have a result from your support ticket by the time you want to install after your shows.

Did you mention in your support ticket that one of the computers it was installed on was disposed of as then they could reset your registration to show that it is only installed on one computer at this current time.
As I said before the full version allows installing on 2 computers (not so with the light version)

Re: Installing 5.00

ROY, thanks again for taking the time to try helping me...I tried doing what you suggested, to no avail...more info: it has been a long time but here's what apparently transpired: our laptop that we bought from Mtu developed a fatal flaw (contacts on motherboard at usb cracked or broke), we were to do a show the same day. I left a message at Mtu and Lynn called me back just hours before we were scheduled for a show. as far as I can tell we had 2.122or 2.219. We bought a dell laptop and needed it set up..at that time, they were switching to 4.00 (10/29/2008) She sold me an upgrade for 69.99 and then also gave me access to 3.120 to put on the computer in order to add the upgrade that I had just purchased....I did as she said and got the computer working in time....and then proceeded to forget about the upgrade tthat I had paid for...until we started having trouble with that Dell...which was recently. I sent emails and called MTU..i detailed our situation thoroughly, Lynn called me back last week and told me all I needed to do to get the new toshiba laptop up and loaded, was to purchase another upgrade to the 5.0 which I did....I suppose I will just have to wait until I get some response from the ticket....which I did and I'm waiting.. this whole process is extremely difficult to get answers and action ...I wish it were not so difficult to get help.
do you have any new suggestions? thanks again
