DDouglass is correct. I have a NVidia card and went through the same problem where all the words are blacked out. Roll back to an older driver, and that fixes the problem.

I have NVidea also. I have a strange problem, but I have learned to live with it. I can play .wmv files and they will show on Singers Display, except when I try to play them though an InstaButton-then all I get is a tiny block with video so small it can't be seen. So I only play them in the Playlist now. It should be in the Specs/requirements (it may already be there) - don't buy a laptop with NVidea.
