I haven't reinstalled Nero yet. From what I understand, you'll have this problem whenever you have Nero 6 installed.

I figure I'll finish the backup project I'm working on, and then reinstall Nero...

Ah yes... Very good advice. The first thing I do after downloading new software is burn it to CD.

And if there are codes that are emailed to me for it, I save the email as a text file, and burn it...

There is a conflict between the Plextor 708a and both Roxio 6 and Nero 6.

I have the Plextor 708a myself, and could not burn CDs consistently until I uninstalled both Roxio and Nero and then...

IE: If my CD has 11 tracks, it actually hangs on 10, but I can eject and the file is there. However, it won't...
