License reset

Hi Bryan

I know that this should not be in here but at least you read these and as I am getting desperate I feel I have to as on the 31 aug I placed a license reset in the support section and am still awaiting a reply can you pleas ehave alook and give me an answer mate

Just in case your not aware of it, but this was a holiday weekend in the US (Monday was Labor Day) and MTU doesn't work on the weekends.

Oops sorry

Hiya

Thanks for the info did not realise you had a bank holiday yesterday ours was last monday I just hope they will sort this out today gotta gig tomorrow and only one laptop left no back up thats why so urgent.

reseting hoster

I am in the same boat. I have had to reset the laptop several times. It takes about a week for them to reset the download. The Vista problems are such a pain.
