HELP my puter crashed and what I thought was a backup of the program won't work
My computer crashed and I had to reinstall everything. Most of what I had was backed up perfectly except for Karaoke Home Producer. When I go to reinstall the program I get a message that tells me that my sytem won't allow me to do it. What am I doing wrong? I started out with the last version of KHP 1 and upgraded to KHP 2. Could it be that because I didn't back up
KHP 1 is the problem and I need to get a new copy of KHp 1so I can replace KHP 2? MTUSUPPORT please help me? |

![]() All our products are full installs that do not require any prior version.
The only thing I can say that would cause your problem is you did not backup the install version of KHP, but probably backed up the installed .exe program That will not install again. You must have the install version that you downloaded from our website. When you click the program to install it, if you don't see the Install program screen, then you have backed up the wrong file. Currently, we must spend time to provide you a new link to download the current version. We have $15 charge on our web store for this. We have been working very hard since July (when we had 90% theft from our download directories) to provide a new secure download mechanism that will also allow you to get another download without asking for our help. This is on our web site now, but has not yet been fully proven. Thus, it is not activated yet. If you want to wait to order the $15 charge - should be before the end of December - you can also get a new KHP upgrade we are working on. If you must have it now, please order the Karaoke Home Producer upgrade from our web store. |
