Hoster crashes when importing Zip files

I have only just purchased Hoster. I have an external hard drive which I am trying to convert the songs to KMA and put them back on the external drive. A large portion of the zip files are coming back with 'Error' and before it finishes converting, Hoster crashes. I can only assume that Hoster is crashing because of the amount of errors converting to KMA. Is it possible to decrease the speed for zip files..?? Or is there something else that I am doing wrong..??

1,What software did you use to zip them?
2, What compression did you use?
