Install not working

Bought this awhile back , Have all the SNs for VoGone , Microstudio, KHPro, and Keywrite.

I just tried to install Microstudio, it asked for my email address and then SN
I put those in and then it just closes as if something is wrong. I was thinking maybe the SN had to match my email address or something and I do not remember what my email address was at the time.
Any ideas?
I sure do not want to have to buy it all again
