Hoster 3.310 Recognized Drives

My drive is listed on the recognized drive list for Hoster 3.310 yet Hoster will not recognize the drive? Can you tell me possible reasons why and how to correct the problem?

First step would be to go manufacturer's website and get the latest firmware update for the drive. If this is a Dell computer you can go to their support area enter your serial number to look for the latest updates to download.

Along with that make sure your Windows has the latest updates.
