Can't Figure This One Out

JUST PURCHASED A NEW COMPUTER . 30 G HARD DRIVE WITH THE AMD ATHLON 1 G PROCESSOR. GOT ALL PROGRAMS UP AND RUNNING, BUT TRYING MY FIRST SONG ON KHP WITH THIS COMPUTER. I KNOW I'M NOT GOING TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OR TWO OR THREE, BUT THE LYRICS AREN'T EVEN HALF WAY CLOSE IN SINC. I AM NOT PERFECT BY NO MEANS BUT THESE ARE NOT CLOSE AT ALL. MAYBE I DON'T HAVE THE SETTINGS RIGHT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. BUT I'M A LITTLE STUMPED ON THIS ONE .
I'M RUNNING WINDOWS MILLIEM EDITION ON THIS COMPUTER.
RAN WINDOWS 98 SE ON THE OLD ONE AND HAD NO TROUBLE.
CAN ANYONE ADVISE. IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRICIATED.
THE LYRICS SWEEP VERY SLOW. NOT EVEN HALFWAY CLOSE TO THE MUSIC.
THANKS

Smile Slow Word Sweep

Check your video card. Through my experience I have found that you need at least a 16 meg video card for the words to sweep correctly. Anything less and the words and sweep lag way behind the music. I'm currently using an inexpensive ($35-$40) 32meg
video card which works great!

P.S. Stay away from any S3 cards.

P.P.S. Check some of the other posts in this forum. This topic has been covered quite extensively.
