Problems Reading and Playing CDG with New Computer

I have a second Computer that is being used for backup and I am having problems with Micro Studio 2.612 playing CDG files from the disc and the hard drive.
I have no problem with Hoster 3.301, it plays from the KMA's and I can download into the temp files from the CDG tab and they play just fine. I have also tested the Plextor drives using Hoster to write KMA's to the hard Drive and they play just fine.
