Question Unable to back up CD+G disk. Error message in Microstudio

I just purchased Microstudio version 2.612 and have been able to back up a couple of my Karaoke CD's. But I have several that I am unable to back up. I am using a Plextor PX-712SA and Windows XP Media Editon. I have received the following error message:

ERROR:Unable to analyze disk lay out
Illegal track type encountered

So then I tried to import the tracks and received the following error message:

ERROR Unable to read audio sectors 91582 to 91607 on device 0:1:0
Illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 64h 00h)

OR

Unable to read audio sectors 0 to 25 on device 0:1:0
Illegal command request (04h 00h 02h 05h 64h 00h)

Before purchasing the software I searched through this forum and it said that the Plextor PX-712A is fully supported by Microstudio. The one error message after searching states that if you receive that error message the drive does not support CD+G. However, my drive is not on that list and it has been able to back-up some of my other Karaoke CD's so that is not the case. Also, as earlier stated Microstudio said that this drive is fully supported.

This is very frustrating and ANY help to an end is GREATLY appreciated.
