Prepare Songbook

Hi fellow Karaoke Addicts
I have a ? when I close the edit songs window in the tools section of hoster I get the message that the Song book doesn't reflect the changes and to run the prepare songbook command. I can't find that command in the tools section I started with Hoster 3.106 and now am running 3.110 but in none of the versions have I found that particular command. I use another program on a separate computer to do my song books but I sure would like to have the option of printing songbooks from my Laptop using the Hoster program. Any help is appreciated.
I use a Sony Viao Laptop 1 gig memory, 100 gig HD, 17in display, ATI radeon 9700 graphics card. Will do everything My Dell 8200 desktop will do and More.

It's not in the TOOLS section. It is just to the left of TOOLS and is listed as SONGBOOK. You click on it, make your selections and click CREATE at the bottom of the page.
